This image shows the NS Otto Hahn leaving Rio de Janeiro.
The NS Otto Hahn was named after Otto Hahn, a famed German chemist, who was awarded the 1945 Nobel Prize for Chemistry. Dr. Hahn wasn't able to claim his prize in person - he was still being held and interrogated by the British about the failed German World War II effort to build an atomic bomb.
